Shintone 与 Shuangzhang 合作开发的异型铜带主要采用两种生产工艺：冷轧法 和 刨铣法
这两种工艺决定了材料未来应用领域的差异。Shuangzhang 在产品尺寸和表面处理方面均致力于达到最高标准，以确保产品便于后续生产使用。作为节能降本的优选材料，我们通过不断优化的异形截面设计，满足了各种插件和嵌入传输的关键需求。异型铜带有效地减少了冲压道次和节省了空间，成为众多公司的理想选择。
通过 上引连铸 或者 水平连铸 的方式，铸造成各规格型号的 铜型材 或者 圆棒 。并通过再次中温加热的方式塑形成异型铜带的初步形状，再加上不断缩小的轧辊孔径对齐反复轧制，并最终轧制塑形成功。
